Arsenal remain without a win in the first leg of each of their last eight two-legged knockout ties in the UEFA Champions League (D1 L7) since a 2-1 win over Barcelona in the 2010-11 last 16.

Bukayo Saka is the first player to be directly involved in 8+ goals in a single Champions League campaign for Arsenal since Alexis Sanchez in 2015/16.

Harry Kane is now the outright leading goalscorer against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium since it opened in 2006 (6 goals).

Eight of Harry Kane’s 15 goals against Arsenal in all competitions have been penalties; indeed, this is the most penalties any player has scored against a single Premier League club since the start of 2014-15.

Leandro Trossard is only the fourth player in UEFA Champions League history to score in each of his first four home appearances in the competition, after Alessandro Del Piero, Frederic Kanoute, and Oscar.

Leandro Trossard has scored six goals as a substitute in all competitions this season; no player has more from the bench for clubs in Europe’s big-five leagues in 2023-24.

Bayern Munich have progressed from six of the eight previous occasions they have drawn an away first leg of a two-legged UEFA Champions League knockout tie, failing only against Milan in the 2006-07 quarter-final, and Liverpool in the 2018-19 last 16 – both of whom went on to win the competition in those seasons.

Each of Serge Gnabry’s seven away goals in the UEFA Champions League have been scored in London (4 v Tottenham, 2 v Chelsea, 1 v Arsenal), he also has three goals on neutral ground in the 2019/20 Final 8.

Harry Kane has scored more goals (7) in the Champions League this season than any other player. Only Bellingham, Saka, Foden & Galeno have registered more assists (all 4) than him (3).

Trossard has scored 13 goals for Arsenal this season. Only Saka has scored more (18) for the Gunners.
